MES
Manufacturing Execution System
The MES is the system that runs your line, piece by piece. It tells every station what to do, stops a wrong step before it happens, and records every piece, test and decision once, in one place.

How it connects
The MES is the centre. It takes orders and materials from your ERP and the warehouse, sends quality results to the QMS, uses the maintenance state from the CMMS, and feeds the Battery Passport from the data it already holds. Machines connect through OPC UA, Modbus, files, or an IoT box for machines that are not smart.
