ERP for production

The ERP for production, built into the same system as the line. It knows what you sell, what you buy, what is in stock and what each product really costs, because it reads the numbers straight from production. Production ERP: purchasing, warehouse, sales, cost, invoicing. Accounting books and payroll stay with your accountant; we connect the system to your accounting program.

Status Available.

What you get

  • Warehouse: bins, lots, quarantine, ABC counts, min/max levels, Excel import
  • Suppliers, materials and purchase requests
  • MRP purchase suggestions: what to buy and when, from your orders
  • Sales: orders, prices and margins per model, and quotations with cost and margin
  • Cost per pack: cells, BMS, labour, energy and scrap
  • Invoices: a copy of each invoice linked to the shipment, e-invoicing (myDATA) through a certified provider, and CSV export for your accounting program

How it connects

The ERP sits at the start of the thread: it holds orders and purchasing and passes them to the warehouse and the MES. Finished results and real costs flow back. It exports to the accounting program you already use.

Who uses it

Planners, purchasing, sales and finance staff who need production facts.
