Do we need internet or a cloud account?
No. The system runs on a server inside your network and works fully offline. It sends no usage data, no crash reports and no licence checks, and it never fetches updates by itself.
What if your company is not around in a few years?
Your system runs on your own server and does not depend on ours to work. Your data stays yours, with standard exports. Ask us for the licence terms before you decide.
Does it replace our ERP?
No. Today the MES connects to your own ERP. A factory-side ERP is in development (status: Coming) and has no price yet. We do not keep accounting books or payroll.
Which machines can it connect to?
Through OPC UA, Modbus and files. For machines that are not smart, an IoT box. Tell us your machines when you request a demo.
Does the AI send our data anywhere?
No. The assistant runs offline inside your factory. It proposes and a person decides.
Do we need the EU Battery Passport?
Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 makes it mandatory from 18 February 2027 for specific battery categories. Use the four-question passport check. Our system helps you meet the rules. This is not legal advice.
How do we start?
Request a demo and tell us about your factory. The passport pilot is free. If you need something we do not have, a custom module takes 3 to 8 weeks.
Which languages does it support?
The application is in English and Greek (Chinese in part). This website is in five languages.
What does it cost?
The home page shows prices from, net of VAT, for four MES packages, plus stations, machine connection and services.
